One Account Per Player
Each person may hold only one remi10 account. Duplicate accounts result in suspension of all associated funds and access. If you've lost access to your account, contact support rather than creating a new one.

Remi10 operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees. There are no hidden currency conversion fees. What you deposit and what you withdraw are both in PKR, with supported methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, and Bank Transfer.
Bonuses Have Clear Rules
Every bonus on remi10 comes with transparent wagering requirements. These are clearly stated at the point of claiming. We don't hide important conditions in tiny print or change them after you've accepted an offer.

1 Account Registration & Verification
To use remi10, you must complete a registration using accurate, truthful information. The name on your account must match the name on your payment method — this is particularly important for JazzCash and Easypaisa accounts, as well as bank accounts used for transfers. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these terms and will result in account suspension.
Identity Verification (KYC)
Remi10 reserves the right to request identity verification at any point, especially before processing larger withdrawals. Standard verification involves providing a copy of your CNIC and a recent proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement. This process is in place to protect both the player and the platform from fraudulent activity. Players are encouraged to complete KYC shortly after registration so there are no delays when it comes time to withdraw winnings.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your remi10 login credentials. Any activity carried out through your account is considered to be authorised by you. 2 Eligibility & Permitted Use

3 Deposits & Payment Methods
Deposits on remi10 are processed in PKR through our supported payment channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, and debit/ credit cards. All deposits are credited to your remi10 wallet in PKR. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit.
Processing Times
Most deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are credited instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank. If a deposit has not appeared in your wallet within 30 minutes, please contact support with your transaction reference number.
Deposit Responsibility
Players are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into remi10 belong to them and are from legitimate sources. Remi10 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Attempting to deposit using someone else's JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank account will result in the transaction being reversed and may lead to account suspension.
Remi10 does not charge additional fees on deposits, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges. We recommend checking with your payment provider before making a deposit if you are concerned about fees.
4 Withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed by our support team during a verified account review. This same-method policy exists to prevent fraud and protect our players.
Processing Times
Mobile wallet withdrawals via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within 30 minutes during business hours. Withdrawal Conditions
- Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before any withdrawal request can be processed.
- Any active bonus funds must meet their stated wagering requirements before the associated winnings can be withdrawn.
- Withdrawal requests that appear suspicious or inconsistent with normal play patterns may be held for a security review of up to 72 hours.
- Remi10 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving large withdrawals.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
Remi10 regularly offers bonuses, promotions, and seasonal events — including special offers tied to Cricket season, PSL fixtures, and major international tournaments. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are displayed at the time the offer is presented to you.
General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, and per device unless otherwise stated.
- Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your wallet. Winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn.
- Wagering requirements must be met within the time frame specified in the offer — typically 7 to 30 days depending on the promotion.
- Remi10 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. This will not affect bonuses already accepted and in active use.
- Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will have their bonuses cancelled and accounts suspended.
VIP & Loyalty Rewards
Players who participate regularly on remi10 are automatically considered for our VIP programme. 6 Fair Gameplay & Prohibited Conduct
Remi10 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. To protect the integrity of the platform, the following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Using automated bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the platform in a non-human manner.
- Colluding with other players during table games or any head-to-head game format.
- Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through a technical error are not valid and will be reversed.
- Using VPNs or proxy tools to misrepresent your location or circumvent platform restrictions.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering or using remi10 to process funds from illegal sources.
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing other players or any member of the remi10 support team.
Remi10 monitors gameplay activity and transaction patterns on an ongoing basis. Any account found engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately, and all balances — including pending withdrawals — may be withheld pending investigation. In serious cases, relevant information may be shared with appropriate authorities.
7 Responsible Gaming

9 Account Suspension & Termination
Remi10 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including in circumstances where:
- A player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
- Prohibited conduct as described in Section 6 has been detected.
- The account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more without any login).
- A self-exclusion request has been received from the account holder.
- There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
Where an account is suspended due to a suspected violation, any funds held may be frozen pending investigation. If the investigation clears the account, funds will be returned. If the violation is confirmed, balances obtained through prohibited conduct may be forfeited.
Players wishing to voluntarily close their account can do so by contacting our support team. Any legitimate real-money balance will be returned via your registered payment method after standard verification is completed.
10 Limitation of Liability
Remi10 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and stability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect availability.
Remi10 is not liable for any losses arising from:
- Temporary unavailability of the platform or any specific game.
- Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
- Loss of winnings due to a player voluntarily closing their account or being suspended for rule violations.
- Any reliance on promotional content that has since been updated or expired.
- Technical errors caused by the player's own device, internet connection, or software environment.
In all cases, remi10's liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
